NKK’s keylock switches set the industry standard for premium quality, and are offered in high, medium and low security options.

CK-Series High Security Keylocks 16mm & 19mm

  • 3A Power Level; 16mm and 19mm Bushing Mount; Flat and Tubular Key Options
  • Highly insulating material for 16mm CKM models withstands 15 kilovolts of electrostatic discharge, thus providing an antistatic feature.
  • Rugged, die-cast housing, 19mm CKL models are designed for higher security requirements.
  • Patented, vertically rotating switching mechanism is combined with self-cleaning sliding contacts to achieve high reliability and long operating life.

SK-Series Antistatic Process Sealed Keylocks

  • Totally sealed construction with internal o-ring, with gasket between base and housing, and with insert-molded terminals, gives protection for automated processing techniques.
  • Housing and bushing of high insulating material withstand over 15 kilovolts of electrostatic discharge, thus providing antistatic protection.
  • Subminiature size allows for high density mounting.
  • Crimped bracket legs secure PCB mounting and prevent dislodging during automated wave soldering.

SK-Series Antistatic Snap-in Keylocks

  • 0.4VA Logic Level; Withstands 15 Kilovolts ESD; Three Position.
  • Designed for use in low-voltage, low-current, logic-level circuit.
  • High insulating material provides antistatic protection.
  • Quick and convenient snap-in mounting.
  • Compact behind panel dimension of only .894” (22.7mm).

SK-Series Low and Medium Security Keylocks

  • 3A Power Level; 12mm Bushing Mount
  • 12mm diameter bushing mount for easy panel cutout preparation and high density mounting.
  • Epoxy sealed terminals prevent entry of flux and other contaminants.
  • UL recognized and CSA certified for 3A @ 125V AC and 1A @ 250V AC.

SK-Series Process Sealed Keylocks

  • 0.4VA Logic Level; Process Sealed, PCB Mount, Momentary and Maintained Circuits.
  • Molded-in terminals seal out flux, solvents, and other contaminants.
  • Small body size for high-density mounting.
  • Sealed construction allows automated soldering and washing.
  • Disposable boot for safe washing process.
  • Detent mechanism gives crisp, positive action for accurate switch setting.
