QUALITY POLICY

CLEVER s.r.l. manages its activities aiming at the continuous improvement of its performance in terms of customer satisfaction.

The company defines its Quality Policy as:

  • a fundamental reference for all internal personnel and for all external parties that have a business relationship with the company;
  • an informative statement to convey the principles that guide every company action and that everyone must follow according to their role and the responsibilities assumed;
  • a commitment that CLEVER s.r.l. has made in terms of Quality, expressing the underlying motivations, the company’s willingness to pursue the set objectives, the awareness of the results to be achieved and the responsibilities to be undertaken.

In particular, CLEVER s.r.l. relies on a Quality Management System compliant with the reference international standards, based on the following fundamental elements:

  • ensuring service quality to the customer and the continuous improvement of its performance;
  • monitoring processes and the entire system to ensure proper operation and optimisation, implementing all possible actions for the continuous improvement of performance;
  • providing the necessary human and instrumental resources and constantly verifying the improvement of quality performance, updating the Quality System when necessary;
  • spreading the culture of quality within the company through appropriate training actions;
  • periodically verifying and reviewing the objectives and targets of the Quality System, adapting them to changed legislative references and customer requirements, with a view to the continuous improvement of the quality standard;
  • involving suppliers and external organisations in order to adopt a Quality System and operate in full compliance with legislation;
  • adhering to voluntary technical standards, regulations, agreements and initiatives not required by binding rules;

The Quality Policy is disseminated to all internal and external personnel and is periodically updated in relation to organisational changes and as part of the review activities carried out by General Management.
